Erling has 20 years of experience and substantial knowledge within management, leadership, analytical work, business development, marketing and corporate security. He has experience from large corporations and SMB organisations as well as Greenfield operations. He has worked with internationalisation, reorganisation, product management, business development, marketing and sales. Erling has a large network in Norway and internationally.

Erling got a business degree from University of Strathclyde (1989) and further international management courses from the Wharton Business School and Stockholm School of Economics.

Therese Helland
Partner

Therese has solid experience with project and general management within ICT. Having worked in both private and public sector and on the supplier as well as the client side, she has obtained highly varied and useful experience. She has acquired an ability to quickly adapt and respond to new challenges, business areas and technologies, and she particularly welcomes international environments and impulses.

Therese holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Auckland and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Java Programmer (Java 5.0). She also has several publications within the area of process efficiency.

Pål Eivind Vegard
Partner

Pål Eivind Vegard has a MSc (Siviløkonom) from NHH Bergen in Norway, and has long experience from Norwegian businesses. Mr. Vegard have for more than 13 years worked within the Telecommunication business. He has worked in Telenor Mobil, Song Networks (TDC Norge) and Port It (Labs2). He has also long experience from the Direct Marketing and the Media businesses (Aftenposten). Pål Eivind Vegard was in 2009 hired in as Managing Director in Workshop Bemanning & Kompetanse AS. He is now a member of the board in Workshop. Mr. Vegard is hired in as Sales Director and general manager in Projectplace Norge AS.

Torstein Wold
Partner

Torstein Wold has been working more than 20 years with Norwegian and international ICT-companies. He has substantial experience within business development, strategy and operational management. He has founded and co-founded several companies, like the staffing company Dedicare, now a part of the Poolia group.

Torstein holds a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, B.Sc. in Marketing and a Master of International Management IMPM.

Torild Wraalsen has been working more than 20 years with Norwegian and international companies within the HR and recruitment area. She has substantial experience in the area of strategic HR, organisational development and Lean production processes. She has founded and co-founded several companies, and assited managers on a global level.

Torild holds a MBA in Strategic Management from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and a BS in Psycology and teaching.
